Delete your RaiseWise account and data

You can ask us to delete your RaiseWise account and its data at any time, from the website or the Android app.

Delete it yourself

In the app or on the website, sign in, open Settings (the gear icon), and under Account tap Delete my account data, then Yes, delete it. This deletes your account data straight away.

Or ask us by email

1. Email leverageonheroes@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with.
2. Use the subject "Delete my RaiseWise account".
3. We confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete

Everything linked to your account: your profile, sign-in, and everything you created or logged in RaiseWise.

What we keep

Payment records (date, amount and plan) that we must keep for tax and accounting law, for up to 7 years. Nothing else. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first so you are not charged again.
