RaiseWise privacy policy

This policy explains what RaiseWise (raisewise.skillprowess.com) and the RaiseWise Android app collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to leverageonheroes@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a user ID, if you create an account.
- What you type: descriptions of your child's behaviour, your child's first name and age if you add them, and the questions you ask, so we can give you guidance.
- Plan and payment records: which plan you have and when it renews. Payments are made on our website through Stripe.
- Basic technical data: device and browser type and server logs, used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To run the service you asked for and keep your history.
- To manage your plan, if you have one.
- To answer support requests and keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers
These companies process data for us, only to provide the service:
- Supabase, which hosts our database and sign-in
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and app
- Stripe, which takes payments on the website (we never see your full card number)
- AI providers that generate answers (Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Cloudflare Workers AI, GitHub Models and OpenAI)
Children
RaiseWise is for parents and carers aged 18 and over. It is about children, not for them, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you use RaiseWise. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete it within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailingleverageonheroes@gmail.com. See how to delete your account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with access controls.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
