Agreement

By creating an account or using RaiseWise (the website and the Android app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RaiseWise.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us if someone else uses your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans and payments

Some features need a paid plan, bought on our website. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time before the next renewal. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, harass anyone, post content you have no right to share, try to get around limits or security, or use the service to send spam.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You let us store and process it only to run RaiseWise for you.

AI features

AI answers can be wrong. They are general information, not professional, medical, legal, financial or academic advice. Check anything important.

Availability

We work to keep RaiseWise available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or end features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, RaiseWise is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
